Meet Oswald “Oz” Bott, a.k.a. Some Kind of Wonderful II

SKoW II has the power to harness and channel “aphoristic energy,” calling forth any proverb, cliche, witticism, or any such aphorism and actualize it. As such, he can be the best he is at what he does. Other times, anything you can do, he can do better. And whatever doesn’t kill him, makes him stronger. But sometimes he doesn’t have control over his aphoristic energy, and it can turn around to bite him in the butt. What goes around comes around, after all.

It was a dark and stormy night on the night of his birth. It was a one in a million situation, but he was born both on the wrong side of the tracks AND with a silver spoon in his mouth. Perhaps it was this unique situation, or perhaps it was that he was born the son of Some Kind of Wonderful, a golden age hero of the Parodyverse, and Oz was just a chip off the old block.

Anyway, he tried to make a go with his powers, and used his powers to achieve 15 minutes of fame. Once it was over, however, he was but a shadow of his former self.

Now, he’s turned to more mundane matters. He is working his way up the ladder in the world of insurance. As an insurance claims investigator, he is relocating to Paradopolis. He hopes to make his mark there, perhaps to turn a new leaf. Whatever the fates have in store for him, as plain ol’ Oz Bott or as SKoW II, he’s got high hopes.
